
Sparse layers of harmony float along over tightly locked guitar lines in this demo release by Brighton band Kins. Its a deceptively wintery sound that gives way to pockets of sudden warmth as the guitars and vocals build into moments of major key. An easy comparison would be with bands like Fleet Foxes who have the same skill at twisting emotions throughout their songs but it would be fairer to compare Kins, who thrive on a slightly less obscure sound, to a stripped back model of SSN favorites Zulu Winter.
