Describing themselves as ‘Prog Pop’ Deep Time, previously known as Yellow Fever, craft weird slices of jaunty guitar music. On single ‘Clouds’  what stand out the most though is not the perky guitar lines, but instead the vocals, which repeat like surreal playground chants. In some ways it reminds us of Yacht. The vocals even have a similar androgynous intrigue. Whatever its influences though ‘Clouds’ stands as brilliantly alternative piece of songwriting. Well worth a few spins.
