New Zealand’s Opossom are a band we’ve been hearing a lot of, and trying to make our minds up about, for a while now. Their album, Electric Hawaii, was released back in October but, despite some late night spins by Radio-1 and a couple of NME column inches, they still haven’t been making too much of a splash outside of the Shoreditch underground. They’re playing a show tonight at The Old Blue Last which is a must-see for any of you lot lucky enough to be in the capital. Our favorite album cut, and the first single, is Blue Meanies . You can stream the whole album here. Definitely worth a look.
