Wet Nuns – Hanging

Wielding guitars as skull-crushing as a pillowcase filled with rocks, Wet Nuns, who hail from Yorkshire, make an uniquely convincing blend of industrial weight melodies, post-punk vocals and ‘almost pop’ choruses.

It’s a blend that’s made them popular with music-fops at The Guardian and the Kerrang noise-heads in equal measure. They’re a weight class up from Drenge but, with songs as sweet as Hanging dripping from every pore, they’re just as likely to become cross-over hit makers. Check them out above.
