Temple Songs – She’s Away

The Guardian recently did a piece on the new face of psych eulogising, amongst others, the perfectly coiffed Temples and predicting a whole year of dirty, drugged up neo-psych naughtiness to tide us over till the apocalypse. Holding up their, slightly less clinically permed, side of the bargain are Temple Songs.

It’s probably easiest just to think of them as the snotty-nosed kid brothers Temples’ never wanted, replete with scuffed trainers and moth eaten jumpers in lieu of their older brothers curling irons and sequinned crop tops. She’s Away is the b-side to I Can’t Look After You.
