[Introducing] The Babe Rainbow

Flitting between silky skate-pop melodies and softly-melting karmic mandalas The Babe Rainbow do psych like no-one else. They seem to have skipped, fully formed, out of some Learyian nightmare, hair to their shoulders and eyes wild with wanton mildness and love, man. Love Forever, a shuffling body of limboing ragas and cooed, pillow-talk vocals is their best track to date and one that, with its effortless channelling of the Haight Ashbury aesthetic, shows that neo-psych doesn’t have to be all about whiggish bug-outs.
