Trudy – All My Love

Love-lorn Liverpudlians (they’re packing the beige boxes even as I type) Trudy have dropped the best debut of British Summer Time (so far). Featuring rippling guitars and tremelo-laden vocals, its a stomping, finger-clicking slice of guitar-led pop that doesn’t scream twee. Its a rare beast, and behind it – on production duties – as ever, is that cherub faced mephistopheles of the Liverpool scene, Tarek Musa. Trudy take a bow.
